Recently, China Textile Industry Association issued the Decision on Studying Comrade Zhao Linzhong in Nationwide Textile Industry & Introducing Regular Ideological and Political Working Regulations of Furun Holding Group, calling upon nationwide textile industry especially operation and management personnel in textile enterprises to study Comrade Zhao Linzhong.
Zhao Linzhong, current Board Chairperson of Furun Holding Group and Party Secretary, turned a small factory close to bankrupt into a large-scale industrial and trade enterprise with 1.9 billion yuan’s asset, more than 20 subsidiary companies, and relatively strong self technological innovation and brand development with his spirit of constant innovation, pragmatic work style, unique enterprise culture, and ideological and political work deeply rooted among the people.
The Decision requested that nationwide textile industry should study the reform spirit of being courageous to take the lead and make innovation from Comrade Zhao Linzhong, study the democratic style of wholeheartedly counting on employees when managing the enterprise from him, study the high-degree social responsibility of putting the people first and caring for the employees from him, study professional ethics of plain living, hard struggle, seeking truth, and dealing with concrete matters relating to work from him, and study the dedication spirit of being severe with himself, self-control, and law-abiding from him.
